A. The Affinity Scheme is a special benefit program that allows current employees from selected corporate partners to enjoy significant savings on a range of new Kia cars.
Q. How does the Kia Affinity Scheme work?
A. Four simple steps:
- Register: Obtain your companies unique Affinity code and register.
- View Offers: Log in to view the available cars and current offers tailored for you.
- Configure Your Model: Choose and configure the model that suits you best.
- Submit Enquiry: Select a dealer and submit your enquiry. There is no obligation to purchase at this stage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Who is Eligible?: The scheme is available to permanent, direct, employees of our selected corporate partners and their immediate family members living at the same address.
- Proof of Eligibility: Provide proof of permanent, direct, employment with a less than 30 days old payslip from an approved corporate partner and valid UK Driving Licence.
Q. How do I access the Kia Affinity Scheme?
A. Contact your Human Resources department for your unique company Affinity code.
Q. How do I order a car through the Kia Affinity Scheme?
A. Generate your enquiry via the Affinity website and submit it to your chosen Kia dealer. Provide the necessary proofs of eligibility, including your UK Driving Licence.
Q. What proofs are required to show eligibility?
A. You will need to provide to your dealer:
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Payslip less than 30 days old showing direct permanent employment with the Affinity partner.
Q. Will Kia keep my proof documents?
A. No, Kia does not require you to leave original documents or copies with your Kia dealer when purchasing a car through the Affinity scheme.
Q. Can I combine retail offers with Affinity?
A. No, the Kia Affinity scheme savings cannot be combined with any other Kia offer.
Q. Do the Affinity savings change?
A. Offers are constantly reviewed and are subject to change at any time. Please contact your Kia dealer for the latest information.
Q. Who doesn’t qualify and what proofs are not accepted for the Affinity Scheme?
A. The following do not qualify:
- Contracted, self-employed, temporary, or volunteer staff.
- Employees of Public Sector organisations, such as Police, NHS, or Local Government.
- NHS ID cards, Blue Light cards, Defence Discount Cards (DDS Cards), or general staff ID cards are not accepted proofs for Affinity entitlement.
- Retirees.
